Return Costs

However, if a damaged product is received or there was an error on our part in processing the order, we will cover the return costs as appropriate.

Refunds

After receiving the returned product, inspecting it, and confirming that it meets the return conditions, the refund process will be approved.

The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used when completing the order. It may take some time for the amount to appear in the account, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Products
